Hidden Disabilities 

We are committed to assisting everyone who uses the Airport, and therefore have trained staff to help passengers who may have a hidden disability.  Like many airports across Europe, we use the Sunflower Programme to help staff to easily identify anyone that may need some extra help when travelling. 

The Sunflower Programme is recognised by all Airport staff, and we would encourage anyone with a hidden disability that would like additional help to simply ask, even if you aren't wearing your lanyard/wristband, as we would be only too happy to assist.

If you have a hidden disability but do not have a sunflower lanyard or wristband, please contact the Information Desk on the ground floor of the Terminal, where a member of our Customer Service Team will be happy to provide you with your very own lanyard or wristband to keep and use whenever you travel.
